International Weather missing 3 days
Yes the international weather component can only show weather information for two days. What you can do is crop the weather information from another website using our HTML component and display that on your signage.
I can’t change the font size of my weather bar
You need to change the scene for the weather bar since that is the template for the weather bar that loads on your signage. Click on SCENES > locate the scene at the lower left corner then change the settings from the editor screen. Don’t forget to save/upload the changes.
Why is my input device blurry or squished (seeing interlace)?

There’s no sound from ExtApp/Capture card, I’m using VGA/DVI Cable
If you use a VGA/DVI cable there will be no sound output from that channel so you will need to attach an RCA audio cable to hear the sound from the TV. Check image for additional information.
Power point preview is empty
External Applications are only shown on the desktop player and not on the preview window. If you try to preview them it will just be a blank screen with [Ext/App] on it. Download and install the player from here: http://galaxy.mediasignage.com/Code/cloudPlayer.air
