I can’t get any snapshot of the presentation when I click on the camera icon.

You need to make sure the SignageController.exe task is running in the background. This always loads on startup when you turn your player computer on. In case it doesn’t I suggest you restart the computer to have it reconfigured to start automatically. But if you just want to make it run at the moment. Go to the player machine and Click on Start > Programs > Startup > SignageController.bat. That should allow you to take a snapshot of the presentation.
