Campaign doesn’t change in player

To update your player all you need to do is login to SignageStudio and click on the Stations Tab. Click on the station you want to update and change the Campaign and Output at the right hand side. Then Click on “save changes to server” and “update stations with changes”.

What port do I need to open for incoming and outgoing traffic?

You need to open port 80 to both incoming and outgoing traffic. SOCKET and HTTP type connections are used to communicate with our Cloud Servers.
