Make sure that the screen resolution you created is the same as what you’re using for your campaign or else it won’t be available.

I added a video thats more than 5 seconds long but in the timeline its showing as 5 seconds.
You need to preview the video when you upload it so that Signage Studio will know what the duration is for the video.
How do I change my background?
The background is a channel in your campaign that is at the bottom of all the other channels. So in effect you should have a screen division in screens that has the order of 0. Then all you need to do is assign it in the campaign that’s how it becomes a background.

Error in loading module 3310 everytime I try to login to SignageStudio
This is a native error from Adobe AIR which means – “The AIR application or Flash Player SWF does not match the one specified in the DRM policy.” Its possible the device you are using doesn’t have Adobe AIR installed properly. You can download it here: http://get.adobe.com/air/

Can I run multiple campaigns on my computer?

Caching 11 of 72 (1) in the stations tab
The items in the parenthesis “(1)” means one of the components failed to download properly. To correct this simply click on the refresh button from the stations tab to initiate the manual caching.
All I see after the upload is “Resource can’t be displayed until it’s saved to the server.”
Everything we do with SignageStudio is saved to the FuneralScreenCLOUD so for anything you do like upload a file, create a scene, etc. you need to save and upload to the server. Else this will not work properly when you try to use it in your campaign.
