SignageController/Controller not running
You need to make sure the SignageController.exe task is running in the background (in Windows and Ubuntu). In Windows you will find it under c:\Program Files\SignagePlayer\win32\SignageController.exe. Also be sure to add a shortcut to the .exe in the Startup folder of your Windows SignagePlayer PC
Signage Player keeps on restarting even if I closed it.
This is because the SignageController is still running. All you need to do is go to the task manager and kill the process “Signage Controller.exe” and that should stop the player from reloading.
Player Status is just INIT
This means that the player you are working on is loading and trying to connect to the server. If it stays in that status then it might be having problems connecting to the CLOUD.
