There’s no sound from ExtApp/Capture card, I’m using VGA/DVI Cable
If you use a VGA/DVI cable there will be no sound output from that channel so you will need to attach an RCA audio cable to hear the sound from the TV. Check image for additional information.
Power point preview is empty
External Applications are only shown on the desktop player and not on the preview window. If you try to preview them it will just be a blank screen with [Ext/App] on it. Download and install the player from here: http://galaxy.mediasignage.com/Code/cloudPlayer.air

AverMedia Channel only shows black screen
