Can I change the RSS to play the latest news to the oldest
Unfortunately no, this is programmed/set in the RSS itself. If you are hosting the RSS file you could talk with your developer on how to order it when delivering the data.
Date and time incorrect
The date and time is dependent on the computer it is on. First thing you do is check the date and time on the computer. Second restart the computer, this usually takes care of the problem.
Why are there no pictures on my RSS presentation.

I want to show netflix videos on my campaign.
All you need to do is use an HTML component to load netflix from there.
I have a video from a website (youTube, Vimeo, etc.) that I can’t crop into the campaign
Its better if you download the video and upload it to resources, there are alot of apps online that does that for you. Try to google them.
I can’t crop any webpage I put in the HTML component.

HTML Component screen division is blank/white screen
If you have the HTML Cropped properly then the next thing you do is check your internet connection, a blank white screen could mean that your internet connection is down.
