You need to delete the signage controller from the startup folder, go to START > All Programs > Startup then delete the SignageController shortcut from there.

If the led indicator is red, that means either the signage player is not running at all, the firewall is blocking the connection to the server or its not connected to the internet. You will need to check the station to see which of these issues is causing it to not connect. Video Tutorial
