Just delete it from the startup folder, but it will reappear once you restart the computer or run the signage player again. The best way to solve this is to uninstall the player and have a dedicated computer to serve as the player.

I have uninstalled the Signage Player and Manager from my PC but a script associated with the software still runs on startup. How do I get rid of it?
You need to delete the signage controller from the startup folder, go to START > All Programs > Startup then delete the SignageController shortcut from there.
