In this section, you can control the overall status, set your monitors’ location, and notify your support team if you need assistance with the portal. It provides you with essential guidelines to simplify the procedures for you.


Monitor Status

  • Online Monitors
    • This shows how many of your monitors display online when you log into the portal.
  • Offline Monitors
    • This shows how many of your monitors display offline when you log into the portal.
  • Registered Devices
    • This indicates how many of your screens have been “paired” to their players.
  • Unregistered Monitors
    • This indicates how many of your screens haven’t been “paired” to their players.

Monitor Locations

Geo-location

In this section, you see the location of each monitor on Google Maps.

💡Players use Geo-location based on the latest Public IP Address of the player.
Your Players’ Last Public IP address determines the coordinates that you see right now in the Location tab. Probably your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has assigned this IP address to be shown to that location and not on the player’s actual physical location.


Recent Activities

The Activity log shows you which of your users are currently logged in to your account (or have logged in in the past) and what these users took action for. It shows details such as: what time users logged in, which media were edited, created, deleted, etc. Here you can see only the last 10 activities. For further information, click on the drop-down menu in the top right of your screen and click on the Activity Log tab.
