The HMTL Component automatically refreshes the content whenever the signage loops. You can stop this by putting the HTML Component into a Common Channel.

Cropped HTML Component not working
If you followed the instructions on the video tutorial then there should be no way the cropped HTML would not work. They best thing to do right now is to try a different website. Additional information: HTML Component doesn’t work in preview mode, you will need to install a desktop player to test it.

When using Rich Text component the text is pixelated, any suggestions?
You just need to adjust the font size of the rich text component so that it doesn’t blow out and get pixelated.
