Make sure old versions or unsuccessful installations are cleared so first close Studio or Player.

In XP
Delete C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\SignagePlayer.XXX
Delete C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\SignageStudio.XXX
(USER_NAME = logged on windows XP user)

In Windows 7 / Vista
Delete C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\SignagePlayer.XXX
Delete C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\SignageStudio.XXX
To get to this folder, Click on Start, and on the search field type %appdata% hit enter, and then delete the SignagePlayer.xxxx or SignageStudio.XXX folder.

Then Reinstall.

Be sure you have the latest AIR version installed from here:
http://get.adobe.com/air/

Once installed, you can install the SignageStudio and SignagePlayer from here:

http://funeralscreen.com/support/downloads
