This means that the player you are working on is loading and trying to connect to the server. If it stays in that status then it might be having problems connecting to the CLOUD. First troubleshooting steps done for these kinds of issues is to clear cache and reregister. Close player

Delete C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\SignagePlayer.XXX
(USER_NAME = logged on windows XP user)
In Windows 7 / Vista
Delete C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\SignagePlayer.XXX
To get to this folder, Click on Start, and on the search field type %appdata% hit enter, and then delete the SignagePlayer.xxxx folder.
and then re-launch Signage Player and re-register
